How long does it take to complete the Cosmetology program?

You could be starting your career in less than a year! If you join us full-time (30 hours/week), you’ll typically finish in about 42 weeks. If part-time (23 hours/week) fits you better, you’ll be done in about 55 weeks. Your pace is up to you, and our flex schedule is here to support your progress every step of the way!

When can I start classes?

Every single Monday! You don’t have to wait months for a new session to start. At Jenks Beauty College, we welcome new students weekly. If you finish your enrollment by Thursday, you can be in class and start your journey the very next Monday!

How do I pay for beauty school?

If you qualify, financial aid is a fantastic option. You can start by filling out your FAFSA® (use our school code: 015428), and then we’ll sit down together to explore your options. We also work with local Tribes and proudly accept VA benefits. We’re committed to helping you find a path that feels right for your budget.

What's included in the student kit?

Your kit is packed with the professional-grade tools, products, and textbooks you’ll use throughout your training. You’ll be working with the same high-caliber equipment found in top-tier salons—from styling tools to color supplies. You’ll get a full, updated list of everything included during your enrollment! How does the flex schedule work for me?

You’re in the driver’s seat! We’re open Monday–Thursday (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and Friday (8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.). Simply come in for at least four hours at a time during those windows until you hit your weekly hours. It’s the only schedule like it in Oklahoma, giving you the freedom to adjust as your life changes.

How soon will I work with real clients?

As soon as you’ve mastered your core techniques in the classroom, you’ll move to the student salon floor! You’ll provide real services to the public under the expert guidance of our licensed instructors. It’s the absolute best way for you to build your speed, confidence, and a loyal following before you even graduate.

How To Enroll in Our Cosmetology Program

Starting your journey at Jenks Beauty College is easy and personal. You’ll work with the same friendly admissions rep from your very first tour all the way to your first day of class!

  • Schedule your personal tour: Spend 30 minutes with us! See the energy of the salon floor and meet the instructors who are ready to help you shine.
  • Check off your requirements: Just bring your state ID, Social Security card, high school diploma or GED, and three personal references.
  • Chat with admissions: Let’s talk about your goals and find the perfect full-time or part-time schedule that fits your life.
  • Discover your funding: We’ll help you navigate tuition, financial aid, and benefits so you know exactly what to expect.
